The conference will be livestreamed on Zoom using the links below. The livestream from the conference room at Dublin City University will begin at 09:30 (Dublin / IST) on both Thursday and Friday. You will not need a password set in advance to access the event; passcodes are listed below.

Discord
While streaming the conference on Zoom, we also encourage you to join our Discord chats and voice channels to socialise with fellow remote attendees, join discussions, and submit online questions to presenters. It will also enable you to engage with Janeway's online community in the future.
You can join Discord at discord.gg/jkYPfj6q6N. You'll find us under ‘The Lower Decks’.
You'll find:
- A channel for general chat
- A tech support channel
- A panels channel where online attendees can respond to talks and ask questions for the speakers

We also have the ‘Tavern’ voice channel, which will be used for breakout socials during lunch on both days, and on Friday after the keynote.

Staff & Welcome
All online attendees are invited to join Discord prior to the livestream. A member of our staff will welcome you and facilitate online greetings starting at 09:15 (Dublin / IST) on both days, ahead of the 09:30 livestream.

T-Shirt Contest
To thank our online attendees for taking part, we're running a small contest across the two days. Two winners will each receive a Janeway t-shirt in the colour of their choice, posted to them after the event.
The categories:
- Most spirited Discord contributor: for whoever brings the most energy to the chat (pet photos, reaction gifs, and good banter all count).
- Best question-not-a-comment: for the sharpest, most thoughtful question put to a panel speaker.
Winners will be announced on Discord after the keynote on Friday. The OLH team will be judging; entry is automatic, just by joining in.
